Welcome to the home of the Upstate New York Women's Soccer League. The League operates as an outdoor summer soccer program for teams primarily comprised of female players who are 19 and over, and offers divisions for various competitive levels. Games are on Monday nights throughout the summer, with matches commencing at 6:45pm, and occasionally at 8:30pm on fields with lights.
