Where the Finest Female Amateur Players in Western New York Compete

        

Welcome to the home of the Upstate New York Women's League. The League operates as an outdoor summer soccer program for teams primarily comprised of female players who are 19 and over, and offers divisions for various competitive levels. Games are on Monday nights throughout the summer, with matches commencing at 6:45pm.
